Video: LISTEN FOR THE VOICE WITHIN
Each person has a story to tell.
The Rev. Anne McKeever, a facilitator, makes story telling simpler.
Our common values bond us as we live into our Baptismal vows in God's story and our!

Honoring our baptismal promise, we celebrate the Christian life of all women of the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California by coming together as a community for spiritual growth and service through education, encouragement and support of individual ministries.

The Commission on Women's Ministries (CWM) serves as an umbrella for all women serving Christ in ministry, ordained and laity, individually, and any group, guild, or organization.

Commission on Women's Ministries Announces
Blessing Day for new ministries!

The Commission of Women’s Ministries (CWM) invites all women of the diocese to its first annual Blessing Day on Saturday, April 14, from 9 a.m. to noon at St. Francis Church in Fair Oaks.  The Rev. Anne Dryden McKeever will lead a liturgy of blessing for three projects the commission has selected to be funded this year, ranging from $500 to $1000. Each ministry will give us a brief "show and tell" of their plans and hopes for these ministries.

St. John’s women will contribute to a recipe book and provide food items for cooking classes.

Laura L. Delaney, R.N. and the Rev. Susan Reeves. The Rio Vista Health Fair offers free information on women’s issues such as breast cancer, diabetes and depression.  Blood sugars, blood pressure and body fat analysis tests are available along with consultations with a nurse. With a grant from the Commission on Women’s Ministries, the women of St. Brigid’s will provide translation of printed handouts and funds for purchasing healthcare publications and informational DVDs for the health fair.

3. St. Matthew’s, Sacramento
